Retourkosten:

• Let op: Retourzendingen zijn voor rekening van de klant. Afhankelijk van de gekozen vervoerder bedragen de verzendkosten naar ons internationale retourcentrum in Albanië doorgaans tussen €20 en €30.
• Ontvang je een beschadigd, verkeerd geleverd of defect product? Neem dan binnen een redelijke termijn contact met ons op. In dat geval nemen wij de retourkosten volledig voor onze rekening.
• Wij adviseren je om een verzendmethode met Track & Trace te gebruiken. Hiermee kun je aantonen dat de retourzending is verzonden, wat de verwerking van je retour kan versnellen.

Voorwaarden voor retourneren:

• Het product mag alleen gebruikt zijn voor zover nodig om het te beoordelen.
• Producten dienen compleet te worden geretourneerd, inclusief eventuele accessoires.
• De originele verpakking hoeft niet onbeschadigd te zijn, maar moet wel aanwezig zijn.

Uitzonderingen:

• Zakelijke bestellingen vallen buiten het herroepingsrecht, tenzij anders overeengekomen.
