Levertijden
Onze producten worden rechtstreeks verzonden vanuit onze internationale magazijnen, voornamelijk in China.
Wij verwerken bestellingen doorgaans binnen 1 werkdag.
Na verzending bedraagt de geschatte levertijd:
- Nederland: 8–15 werkdagen
- België: 8–15 werkdagen
De totale levertijd bedraagt hierdoor doorgaans 9–16 werkdagen.
In sommige gevallen kunnen producten uit één bestelling in afzonderlijke pakketten worden verzonden.
Gratis Verzending
Wij bieden gratis verzending op alle bestellingen binnen Nederland en België, inclusief Track & Trace.
Belangrijk om te weten
- De genoemde levertijden zijn indicaties en kunnen in uitzonderlijke gevallen afwijken door vertragingen bij vervoerders, douanecontroles of drukke periodes.
Je hebt het recht om je bestelling tot 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te retourneren.
Hoe retourneren
- Meld je retour binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst aan via support@belleza-amsterdam.nl of gebruik het formulier op onze retourpagina om jouw product direct te retourneren.
Retourkosten:
- Let op: Retourzendingen zijn voor rekening van de klant. Afhankelijk van de gekozen vervoerder bedragen de verzendkosten naar ons internationale retourcentrum in Albanië doorgaans tussen €20 en €30.
- Ontvang je een beschadigd, verkeerd geleverd of defect product? Neem dan binnen een redelijke termijn contact met ons op. In dat geval nemen wij de retourkosten volledig voor onze rekening.
- Wij adviseren je om een verzendmethode met Track & Trace te gebruiken. Hiermee kun je aantonen dat de retourzending is verzonden, wat de verwerking van je retour kan versnellen.
Voorwaarden voor retourneren:
- Het product mag alleen gebruikt zijn voor zover nodig om het te beoordelen.
- Producten dienen compleet te worden geretourneerd, inclusief eventuele accessoires.
- De originele verpakking hoeft niet onbeschadigd te zijn, maar moet wel aanwezig zijn.
Uitzonderingen:
- Zakelijke bestellingen vallen buiten het herroepingsrecht, tenzij anders overeengekomen.
Terugbetaling:
- Zodra wij je retourzending hebben ontvangen of je hebt aangetoond dat deze is verzonden, storten wij het volledige aankoopbedrag uiterlijk binnen 14 dagen terug via dezelfde betaalmethode waarmee is betaald.
